A large tarmac drive leads immediately off the road, with parking for 3 cars. The house benefits from a large paved patio area to rear of house and lawn. The garden is enclosed with wooden fencing and has wooden garden furniture and BBQ. The rear of the house looks out onto open fields.
The ground floor is all on one level with just one small step to access the property. The ground floor has under floor heating.
The spacious fitted kitchen to the rear of the house has a tiled floor and separate dining area and features an oak dining table, chairs and sideboard. Kitchen appliances include an electric hob, double oven and grill, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Double doors lead on to patio and rear garden.
The large lounge has carpeted floor, fabric sofa and chairs, large screen digital TV and DVD player. Double doors lead out to patio and rear garden.
A second lounge at the front of the house has a separate kitchenette and ensuite bedroom, king-size divan bed, oak wardrobe and dressing table. Lounge has TV, DVD player and sofa and oak wardrobe, single bed with second bed to pull out.
A very large, bright entrance hall leads to downstairs cloakroom, shower and laundry room. Wooden stairs lead to the first floor.
The first floor has a large landing with views to entrance hall below, comfortable
seating area and coffee table.
The master bedroom is very large and has a Kingsize divan bed, oak wardrobe and dressing table, sofa and coffee table with an ensuite bathroom including separate bath and shower cubicle.
Two other first floor bedrooms have twin single beds, oak wardrobes and dressing tables. Each bedroom is carpeted.
The house has solar panels on the roof for domestic hot water. An oil boiler supplements water heating and central heating.
Nearest shops Narberth with large selection of independent shops, banks and post office. Nearest large supermarket at Kilgetty, 3 miles.
The nearest beach is Amroth which is about 4 miles away. Tenby is just 8 miles away and Oakwood theme park is only 4 miles to west. Folly Farm is 1.5 miles to the south. Pembrokeshire National park takes in nearly all the coastal areas of the county with its well marked coast path which is well serviced with “Puffin” Buses. Pets are welcomed but not allowed in bedrooms or up onto furniture and must not be left in the property unattended. We recommend bringing your own dog bedding and feeding bowls.
